Thank you for shopping with Hillbilly Thredz! Every single item you order is custom-made just for you. Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, our fulfillment timelines look slightly different than traditional retail stores.
Please review our delivery guidelines below before placing your order.
1. Total Delivery Timeline
Your total wait time is calculated by combining Fulfillment Time (making your shirt) and Shipping Time (delivery by the carrier).

2. Phase 1: Fulfillment (Production)
We partner with Printful to print, pack, and prepare your custom apparel.
  • Standard Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to print and fulfill your T-shirt orders.
  • High Volume Periods: During major holidays or peak shopping seasons, production times may extend to [e.g., 5–7] business days.
3. Phase 2: Shipping Speeds (After Production)
Once Printful packages your T-shirt, it is handed over to a major postal carrier (like USPS, FedEx, or DHL). Standard transit times generally align with the following estimates:
  • United States: 3–4 business days.

4. Shipping Rates
We offer straightforward, predictable shipping tiers calculated at checkout:

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $20
5. Tracking Your Order
You do not need to guess when your order will arrive.
  • As soon as Printful prints and labels your package, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to your email address.
  • Tracking links may take up to 24–48 hours to activate and display live updates from the carrier after being generated.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
International packages may incur local customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.
  • Hillbilly Thred is not responsible for these local charges.
  • These fees are determined entirely by your local government infrastructure and must be paid by the recipient.
7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking link shows your package was successfully delivered but you cannot physically find it, please contact us at Hillbillythredz@gmail.com within 7 days of the listed delivery date. We will coordinate with Printful to investigate the package location or issue a replacement if it is deemed lost in transit.
